The Living Forward and Growing Podcast is a descends from the Stigma Free Vet Zone Podcast founded several years ago by Michael Orban and the Orban Foundation for Veterans.

Living Forward and Growing goes beyond its predecessor, which focused on veteran-to-veteran dialog. It still uses interviews with veterans, but includes conversations with counselors, educators, and other professionals who have and understand resources to help veterans and their families
